LAB

A generative piece simulating magnetic interactions between groups of colours. Each group attracts or repels the others, so every pixel behaves like a magnet, and even a small change in these relations produces an entirely new system with its own dynamics. Shown on a large-pixel 96×96 LED screen under frosted glass, giving the pixels an organic, microscope-like look. Made for the RRGGBB exhibition at CICA Vancouver.
